Therapy can provide you with another perspective, another 'ear' on your problems. Though well-intentioned, our partners and friends often love us too much to provide the much-needed angle on our problems that we are looking for (or perhaps don't know we need!). Opening up to another person requires vulnerability, and I will compassion and personalized support to help ease the process. I am a long-term therapist, which means I build lifelong relationships that will guide you every step of the way. The first few sessions are a getting to know you process and once you feel trust, we can begin to delve into what it is you came to work on.

Talking to someone is not easy, though when you find the right fit, therapy can become a beautiful and powerful aspect of your life. You do not need to face your challenges alone.
