I work with clients for the long-term and hope to be the person you can turn to for professional support, no matter what arises in your life. Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions (depending on budget, insurance) and eventually drop down to monthly after we begin to see improvement. Therapy is like car maintenance, requiring oil changes.
As someone who attends therapy, I understand the challenges in being vulnerable with another person. My private practice is full-time, this is what I do. I'm committed to my clients long-term.
I offer in person, virtual and walk and talk sessions for individuals, couples and children (ages 6+) in Guelph and selected provinces. For children's sessions, please book as an individual on my booking page.
